Terms of Service

The plain-English version

We’re a lead-generation service. You submit a request, we connect you with a vetted local HVAC contractor. The contractor does the work under their own contract with you. We don’t pull permits, do the work, or guarantee the work — the contractor does. We do guarantee a 30-minute callback during business hours and that every contractor we refer is licensed, insured, and continuously graded.

1. Service description

Spokane HVAC Pros (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a lead-generation service that connects homeowners (“you,” “your”) with independent, licensed HVAC contractors (“Contractors”) in Spokane County, Washington. We are not a licensed HVAC contractor ourselves. All HVAC work is performed by Contractors under their own contracts with you.

2. No guarantee of work

We do not perform HVAC work. Contractors are independent businesses. While we vet Contractors for licensing, insurance, certifications, and customer service quality, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of work performed by Contractors. All warranties on work performed are provided by the Contractor, subject to their terms.

3. Pricing and quotes

Quotes provided through our service are flat-rate quotes issued by the Contractor after on-site diagnosis. We do not set or control Contractor pricing. The Contractor’s quote is a contract between you and the Contractor.

4. Referrals

When you submit a quote request, we share your contact information and project details with one or more Contractors in our network. We may receive a referral fee from the Contractor when work is completed. This fee does not affect the pricing you receive from the Contractor.

5. Callback guarantee

During business hours (6am–8pm, 7 days a week), we guarantee a 30-minute callback for quote requests submitted through our forms. After-hours requests receive next-morning callbacks.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a quote request at any time before work begins by contacting us or the Contractor directly. Cancellation of in-progress work is governed by the Contractor’s cancellation policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REFERRAL FEE WE RECEIVED FROM THE CONTRACTOR. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in Spokane County, Washington.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a 30-day notice.
