Our commitment
Spokane HVAC Pros is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
This website aims to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test against these guidelines during development and use automated tools to monitor conformance.
Specific efforts
- Keyboard navigation: all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard.
- Screen reader support: semantic HTML, ARIA labels where appropriate, and skip-to-content link.
- Color contrast: text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text).
- Focus indicators: visible focus states on all interactive elements.
- Responsive design: works at 320px width and up.
- Reduced motion: respects prefers-reduced-motion for animations.
- Form labels: all form inputs have associated labels.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We’re working on HTML alternatives.
- Some older blog images may lack alt text. We’re auditing and fixing these.
- Third-party call-tracking scripts (CallRail) may have accessibility limitations we don’t control.
