Privacy Policy

The plain-English version
We collect the minimum data needed to connect you with a vetted local HVAC contractor. We share that data only with the contractor we refer you to (and only after you submit a quote request). We never sell your data, never share it with affiliates, and never run remarketing ads against it. You can request deletion at any time.
What we collect
- Quote request data: name, phone, email, ZIP code, service requested, optional message.
- Call event data: when you tap a phone number on our site, we log the page, the time, and the call-tracking number displayed (so we can attribute leads properly).
- Site analytics: page views, referrers, and general location (city-level) via privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible or self-hosted, never Google Analytics).
- Cookies: only functional cookies (call-tracking, contact form state). No advertising cookies.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t collect your Social Security number, financial info, or government ID.
- We don’t run third-party advertising cookies or pixels.
- We don’t upload your data to marketing automation platforms.

We use only functional cookies. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels, no cross-site fingerprinting. Here’s the complete list:

No advertising cookies, ever. No Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads tracking, no third-party remarketing. If you arrived on this page expecting a cookie consent banner with a dozen toggles, you don’t need one — there are no non-functional cookies to consent to.
You can clear all cookies at any time via your browser settings. Clearing cookies will log you out of any in-progress contact form state, but the site remains fully usable.
Who we share with
Only the independent, licensed HVAC contractor we refer you to. We don’t share with affiliates, ad networks, data brokers, or marketing platforms. The contractor receives only the data you submitted in your quote request.
How long we keep data
Quote request and call event data: 7 years for warranty and record-keeping purposes. You can request earlier deletion by emailing privacy@spokanehvacpros.com. Analytics data: aggregated, no individual identifiers.
Your rights (CCPA/CPRA + general)
- Access: request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Deletion: request deletion of your data.
- Opt-out: opt out of any future communications.
- Correction: correct inaccurate data.
Email privacy@spokanehvacpros.com with any of these requests. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is stored in Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified). Form submissions use HTTPS-only transport. Access is limited to authorized personnel. We do not store payment information — all payments go directly to the contractor.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be highlighted for 30 days.
